The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage personal workload and coordinate the contributions of internal teams and external collaborators.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally with a range of key interest groups, including subject matter experts, educators, and committees, to support curriculum initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the development and review of educational materials, including assessment methodologies, with the ability to contribute to structured, evidence-based approaches and education standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation, facilitate discussions, and convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across curriculum and assessment materials.
- Sound knowledge and aptitude for Information Technology, above that of common software applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
- An interest in and the ability to grasp complex issues relating to education and women’s health.
This role requires some out-of-hours to attend evening committee meetings (which may be virtual or face-to-face). The College offers time off in lieu and flexible working arrangements at times when out of hours work is required.
