The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use initiative and foresight to ensure effective functions for areas of responsibility.
- Experience in program and project management to ensure the business requirements are met within timeframe and budget.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of operational objectives and to adopt an agile approach to change management.
- A positive approach to change and transition, with experience in utilising technology and systems to achieve efficiencies and deliver business objectives. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to undertake data collection and analysis, with a willingness to use insights towards continuous improvement
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, online learning platforms, content management systems and database systems. Sound knowledge of budget preparation and control processes
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, individuals, and groups.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and operate both independently and in a team environment within the resources available.
- High level computer literacy and personal computer application experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data accurately in a computer-based environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance principles and management.
- Knowledge of budget preparation and management.
- Experience and/or an interest in issues concerning women's health; and an interest in health education, with a positive attitude towards developing further skills in an educational setting.
As an ideal candidate you will have completed:
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant training
and/or experience.
